Full Share definition

Full Share has the meaning set forth in Section 4.11(b).
Full Share means the maximum number of shares of equity securities which a holder of Preferred Stock is entitled to purchase in a Dilutive Financing upon the exercise of its rights under Section 4.L of the Series A Purchase Agreement or Section 4.L of the Series B Purchase Agreement, any other agreement providing for preemptive rights to which such holder is a party.
