Full Set means any Set consisting of more than seven (7) Vehicles but fewer than or equal to twelve (12) Vehicles to be delivered by the TSP pursuant to this Agreement and identified in Appendix C (Delivery Schedule) to Part A (Testing and Acceptance) of Schedule 2 (Introduction into Service), including any replacement ordered pursuant to Part I (Total Loss) of Schedule 6 (Expiry, Events of Default, Termination and Force Majeure);

  • Full year refers to the ordinary period of employment for the position.
