Full Service Lease definition

Full Service Lease means a type of lease designed to recover depreciation costs, overhead costs and all variable costs.

In addition, Tenant shall have free access to the dark fiber currently connecting the two buildings at no additional charge provided that Tenant’s use of the dark fiber does not impair its functionality or the functionality of the remaining “fiber runs” within the Park.
