On or before [●] or within 3 months from the date of issuance of the Full Occupation Certificate with respect to the Real Estate Project, whichever is later, the Real Estate Project with the common areas, facilities and amenities described in the Schedule ”D” hereunder written shall be conveyed to the Society vide a registered indenture of conveyance, provided however that the basements, podium and stilts shall be retained by the Promoter and shall not be conveyed to the Society (“Society Conveyance”).
