FULL OCCUPANCY definition

FULL OCCUPANCY means the initial point at which all units are rented to eligible tenants, provided that an allowance shall be made for a vacancy rate of up to ten percent (10%) of the units at any given time.
FULL OCCUPANCY means the date at which the Tenant has occupied substantially all of the square footage within the Building but in no event later than four (4) months after the Move In Completion Date.
FULL OCCUPANCY means that at least 90 % of the lettable space of the Properties are leased to the Tenants, any Affiliates of Wagon PLC or any tenants satisfactory to the Facility Agent.
