Examples of Full NTP Conditions in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any delay in the performance of the Work set forth in Exhibit 26 or the satisfaction of the Full NTP Conditions shall not be an Owner-Caused Delay or Excusable Event and Contractor shall not be entitled to any schedule or cost relief associated therewith.

  • Contractor shall promptly notify Owner following the completion of any Work set forth in Exhibit 26 as well as the satisfaction or failure to satisfy any of the Full NTP Conditions.
