  • Automatic tabulating equipment means apparatus that automatically examines

  • Plumbing fixture means a receptacle or device that is permanently or temporarily connected to the water distribution system of the premises and demands a supply of water from the system; or discharges used water, waste materials, or sewage directly or indirectly to the drainage system of the premises.

  • Addition Cut-Off Date means, with respect to the Additional Accounts designated hereby, .

  • All-terrain type I vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.

  • Order Cut-Off Time means 10:00 a.m., New York time, on a Business Day.

  • Assisted cleaning or washing of tangible personal property means cleaning or washing of tangible personal property if the cleaning or washing labor is primarily performed by an individual:

  • Installed means attached or connected such that an item requires tools for removal.

  • Furniture means articles of which wood, reeds, rattan, cane, seagrass or metal comprise the whole or part and such as are usually made or assembled by cabinet makers, assemblers in the furnishing trades, chair and couch makers, upholsterers, wood carvers, or wood turners; and

  • Rebuilt vehicle means any salvage vehicle which has been rebuilt and inspected for the purpose of registration and title;

  • Tenant’s Personal Property means all motor vehicles, Inventories, FAS and any other tangible personal property of Tenant, if any, acquired by Tenant at its election and with its own funds on and after the date hereof and located at the Leased Property or used in Tenant's business at the Leased Property and all modifications, replacements, alterations and additions to such personal property installed at the expense of Tenant, other than any items included within the definition of Proprietary Information.

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Computer Equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.

  • Stationary x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment which is installed in a fixed location.

  • Cut-off Date With respect to each Original Mortgage Loan, December 1, 1998. With respect to all Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loans, their respective dates of substitution. References herein to the "Cut-off Date," when used with respect to more than one Mortgage Loan, shall be to the respective Cut-off Dates for such Mortgage Loans.

  • Cut-Off Times means the relevant point in time during any Banking Day after which any payment, or payment order, received will be deemed to have been received on the next Banking Day.

  • Initial Cut-Off Date With respect to any Initial Mortgage Loan, the later of (i) the date of origination of such Mortgage Loan and (ii) March 1, 2005. Initial Cut-off Date Pool Principal Balance: $625,999,339.47.

  • Cut-Off Date: July 1, 2006. Final Structure Due Date: July 11, 2006. Delivery of Final Prospectus (if the final structure is not delivered to the Depositor by the Final Structure Due Date): Final Structure Delivered to the Delivery of Final Prospectus to Depositor Underwriter --------------------------------- ------------------------------- By July 17, 2006: One Business Day before Closing Date. By July 20, 2006: Closing Date. By July 21, 2006 or later: As determined by the Depositor, possible change of Closing Date.

  • Eligible Equipment means Equipment of the Company or a Grantor which the Administrative Agent, in the exercise of its reasonable commercial discretion, determines to be Eligible Equipment. Without limiting the discretion of the Administrative Agent to establish other criteria of ineligibility, Eligible Equipment shall not (unless otherwise agreed to by the Administrative Agent) include any Equipment:

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Heavy equipment means such construction machinery as backhoes, treaded tractors, dump trucks, and front-end loaders.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).

  • Portable x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment designed to be hand-carried.
