FTPR definition

FTPR means the percentage obtained by dividing (a) the aggregate number of Non-Conforming Products (other than any Non-Conforming Products solely the result of a Product Requirement) in a given Lot determined by OJO pursuant to its inspection and acceptance testing contemplated by Section 5.2, by (b) the aggregate number of Products for that same Lot.
