FSNA means Franchise Services of North America Inc., a corporation organized, existing and doing business under and by virtue of the laws of Canada, with its principal place of business located at 1052 Highland Colony Parkway, Suite 204, Jackson, Mississippi 39157, and includes its directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, representatives, successors, and assigns; and its joint ventures, subsidiaries, divisions, groups and affiliates controlled by Franchise Services of North America Inc., and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.
