FSA Rules definition

FSA Rules meanss the rules, guidance, principles and codes comprised in the Handbook of Rules and Guidance issued by the FSA. The parties understand and agree that such categorisation is not intended to, and does not, affect the relationship between and among the parties under the 1940 Act or the Advisers Act.

FSA Rules means the Rules included within the FSA Handbook issued by the FSA.

FSA Rules means the rules and regulations as amended or varied from time to time, of the FSA, including its Conduct of Business Rules, established under or pursuant to the FSMA by which the Custodian is regulated in the conduct of its investment brokers or any successor bodies.

Examples of FSA Rules in a sentence

• The Local Manager maintains procedures in accordance with FSA Rules for the effective consideration and handling of client complaints.

• DFAL has categorised DFA as a Professional Client (as defined in the FSA Rules) and DFAL will provide its services hereunder on that basis.

• DFA has the right to request DFAL to categorise it as a retail client (as defined in the FSA Rules) either generally or in specific circumstances.

• In securing Best Execution, the Local Manager will take reasonable care to obtain the best available price in accordance with FSA Rules.

More Definitions of FSA Rules

FSA Rules means the designated rules made, from time to time, by the FSA under and in accordance with the FSMA, including under the FSA Handbook of Rules and Guidance.
