Examples of FRONTIER Members in a sentence

  • Confidential Information shall include, without limitation: (i) names, addresses, and demographic, behavioral, and credit information relating to JUNIPER Cardholders, FRONTIER Members, FRONTIER customers, subscribers or employees, (ii) marketing materials, proposed plans and targeting methods; (iii) business objectives, assets and properties; and (iv) programming techniques and technical, developmental, cost and account processing information.

  • During the Term of this Agreement, JUNIPER shall have the exclusive right to perform the JUNIPER Product services contemplated by this Agreement, and FRONTIER agrees that during the Term hereof it shall not by itself or in conjunction with others, directly or indirectly, or through any parent, affiliate or subsidiary, offer or endorse, or enter into any agreement with others for the provision of credit card product or credit card product related products or services to FRONTIER Members.

  • From time to time through the Term of this Agreement, JUNIPER shall market, promote and advertise the Affinity Program and Juniper Products to FRONTIER Members and such other target markets as FRONTIER and JUNIPER may from time to time agree upon.

  • Each List shall be as complete as possible, but shall not include those FRONTIER Members who have notified FRONTIER that they do not wish to receive solicitations regarding the EarlyReturns Program.

  • During the Term of this Agreement, JUNIPER shall have the right and license to the FRONTIER Marks as they now exist or as they may be modified during the Term hereof solely in connection with JUNIPER’S marketing of credit card products to FRONTIER Members under this Agreement.

  • JUNIPER may solicit FRONTIER Members regarding the Affinity Program and issue JUNIPER Cards and other JUNIPER Products in accordance with JUNIPER’S standard consumer credit card product or other issuing policies and credit practices, subject to federal, state and local law.

Related to FRONTIER Members

  • Founding Members means the collective reference to American Multi-Cinema, Inc., a Missouri corporation, Cinemark Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Regal CineMedia Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • Class B Members means all such Persons.

  • Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.

  • Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;

  • Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;

  • New Members As Defined By the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 (PEPRA)

  • Members means all such Persons.

  • Committee Members means persons formally appointed by the Board to sit on or to chair specific committees.

  • Participating Entities and “Participating Entity” are defined on the Coversheet.

  • CEC means the California Energy Commission or its successor agency.

  • Departing General Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or Section 11.2.

  • General Partners means all such Persons.

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);

  • Participating Companies means any insurance company (including Insurance Company) that offers variable annuity and/or variable life insurance contracts to the public and that has entered into an agreement with one or more of the Funds.

  • GP means Gottbetter & Partners, LLP.

  • Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.

  • Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.

  • General Partner means the general partner of the Partnership.

  • economic operators means the manufacturer, the authorised representative, the importer and the distributor;

  • Founder Member means a subscriber to these rules for the purposes of registration;

  • Consortium Members means the members of the Consortium, formed by the Bidder for purposes of the Transaction in accordance with this RFP and shall include members who have submitted the Format for Consortium Agreement (Annexure 5) specified in the RFP.

  • Management Members shall have the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Unitholders means the holders of Units.

  • Class A Member means a Member holding one or more Class A Ordinary Shares.

  • Preferred Member means a Member holding Preferred Units.

  • Unit Holders means all Unit Holders.
