Front Yards definition

Front Yards means those common element front yards, as designated in the Declaration.

Examples of Front Yards in a sentence

  • Front Yards: Front yard setbacks shall either: i) conform to the setback of the previously existing contributing building of like use; or ii) shall be no closer to the street than the closest and no farther from the street than the farthest contributing structure of like use on that side of the block.

Related to Front Yards

  • Front Yard means the yard extending across the full width of the lot between the front lot line and the nearest part of any building or structure on the lot.

  • Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.

  • footpath means a road over which there is a public right of way for pedestrians only, not being a footway;

  • wharf includes any jetty structure;

  • Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to mean sea level, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of coastal or riverine areas.

  • Summer Session means the time including all academic offerings during the pre-session, the regular four- week and eight-week sessions, and the post-session.

  • PIDs shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit B.
