Front End Costs definition

Front End Costs means all of the costs related to the Works identified in Schedule ‘D’ hereto, which shall be updated with the actual tendered construction costs.

Examples of Front End Costs in a sentence

  • Upon completion of the engineering design and plans, the Municipality shall obtain from the Engineer an estimate of the Front End Costs which shall be provided to the Owner.

  • Start-Up Costs means all fees, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with establishing the State Mitigation Trust and the Indian Tribe Mitigation Trust and setting them up for operation. Start-up costs shall not include the cost of premiums for insurance policies.
