Frog Lake Facility definition

Frog Lake Facility or “Facility” shall mean Defendant WCC’s oil production, storage, and transfer equipment and operations at Frog Lake in the Atchafalaya
Frog Lake Facility means Defendant’s oil production, storage, and transfer equipment and operations at Frog Lake in the Atchafalaya River Basin.

  • Within thirty (30) Days of the Effective Date of this Decree, Defendant WCC shall install pressure gauges on the transfer pipeline at the Frog Lake Facility.

  • Further, a Corporate IR Advisor has been appointed with explicit accountability for managing relationships between the Company and Unions on IR matters.

  • Within ten (10) Days of the Effective Date of this Decree, Defendant WCC shall post placards that are in compliance with 33 C.F.R. § 155.450 at the Frog Lake Facility.
