Freight Carrier definition
Freight Carrier means a motor transport, rail, other carrier, owner-operators or independent contractors that provides transportation of property under contracts with other carriers (including the Company and its Subsidiaries), shippers, and receivers and/or brokers of general commodities.

Freight Carrier means a motor transport, rail or other carrier that provides transportation of property under contracts with shippers and receivers and/or brokers of general commodities. “Freight Carrier Document” shall mean any agreement, instrument or other document pursuant to which a Freight Carrier agrees to provide transportation of property on behalf of any other Person. “Freight Payable” shall mean any and all freight or other charges payable to a Freight Carrier in respect of transportation services provided by such Freight Carrier pursuant to a Freight Carrier Document or otherwise. “Fronting Exposure” means, at any time there is a Defaulting Lender that is a Revolving Credit Lender, (a) with respect to the Letter of Credit Issuer, such Defaulting Lender’s Applicable Percentage of the outstanding Letter of Credit Obligations other than Letter of Credit Obligations as to which such Defaulting Lender’s participation obligation has been reallocated to other Revolving Credit Lenders or Cash Collateralized in accordance with the terms hereof, (b) with respect to the Swing Line Lender, such Defaulting Lender’s Applicable Percentage of Swing Line Loans other than Swing Line Loans as to which such Defaulting Lender’s participation obligation has been reallocated to other Revolving Credit Lenders and (c) with respect to the Administrative Agent, such Defaulting Lender’s Applicable Percentage of Protective Advances other than Protective Advances as to which such Defaulting Lender’s participation obligation has been reallocated to other Revolving Credit Lenders. “Fund” means any Person (other than a natural Person) that is (or will be) engaged in making, purchasing, holding or otherwise investing in commercial loans and similar extensions of credit in the ordinary course of its activities.
