Freedom Financial definition

Freedom Financial means Freedom Financial Corp., an Indiana corporation. “Freedom Financial Note” means the promissory note, dated as of April 25, 2011 (the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit J), made by Holdings in favor of Freedom Financial, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
