To the extent Advertiser elects to use the OnPractice Service during a “free trial” period offered by ALM from time-to-time (the “Free Trial Period”), the OnPractice Service is offered as-is, without any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, during the Free Trial Period.
In the event that the Customer continues to utilise the Services after the expiry of the Free Trial Period then the Customer’s obligations as set out in these Conditions shall come into immediate and full effect.

Advertiser acknowledges that, during the Free Trial Period, it is afforded access to and use of the OnPractice Service for no monetary consideration and that, as a result, Advertiser has no right to seek damages attributable to, and hereby express waives all claims of whatever nature for damages arising in connection with, Advertiser’s use of and access to the OnPractice Service during the Free Trial Period.
