Free Transfer definition

Free Transfer means a Transfer that does not involve any credit or debit to a Master Account other than a transaction fee.
Free Transfer has the meaning assigned to such term in Schedule 1. “GAAP” is defined in Section 2.11(h).
Free Transfer means a Transfer which, but for this clause 13.4(d) or [the equivalent UT3 clause], would have been subject to a Transfer Fee (other than a nominal Transfer Fee).
