Free-to-Air Television Run or “Run” means an exercise of the Free-to-air Television Rights by way of:

  • Free-to-Air Channel or “FTA Channel” means a channel which is declared as such by ZEEL and for which no fee is to be paid by the IPTV Operator to ZEEL for availing signals of such channel.
