Free Issue Parts definition

Free Issue Parts means any raw materials, semi-processed goods and/or packaging materials to be furnished by Client necessary for manufacturing the Products. Packaging’s Minimum Quantity (or Minimum Order Quantity of Packaging or MOQ Packaging) means the minimum quantity of Packaging Components that based on packaging components’ vendor Supplier is obliged to buy for each type of Packaging Component, as indicated in Exhibit 1.
Free Issue Parts means any part or material provided by the Customer for use by the Company or to be combined with the Goods by the Company;
Free Issue Parts means any Equipment and/or specific Materials (if any) that are provided or made available by Buyer to Seller for the sole purpose of executing the Works.
