FRCA definition

FRCA means the Fiji Revenue and Customs Authority;
FRCA is the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
FRCA means the Fiji Revenue and customs authority; and “Minister” means the Minister responsible for Finance.

  • Subject to Section 5.4(c)(i), at any time after any FRCA Appraisal Date the Class A Shareholder may elect to deliver written notice (a "FRCA Claim Notice") to El Paso of its intention to commence an appraisal (a "FRCA Appraisal") in accordance with this Section 6.1(c) and the FRCA Appraisal Procedures.

  • To the extent the FCRA or related state laws require a specific waiver, Consultant will obtain each candidate’s signed waiver (an example of such waiver is attached hereto as Exhibit B; this is an example only and Consultant remains responsible for ensuring compliance with the FRCA and related state laws) before contacting a consumer reporting agency regarding that candidate.
