Franklin Township definition

Franklin Township means the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment or other board, agency or official of Franklin Township with authority to approve or disapprove subdivisions, site plans, construction permits, building permits or other applications for development approval. For the purposes of reviewing development applications and ensuring compliance with the requirements of this ordinance, Franklin Township may designate the municipal engineer or other qualified designee to act on behalf of Franklin Township.
