Franchised Vending Machines definition

Franchised Vending Machines means not more than five (5) coin or currency operated vending machines dispensing soft drinks and such other coin or currency operated machines dispensing other and different merchandise as may be approved by resolutions of the City Council hereinafter adopted.

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.
