FPT definition

FPT has the meaning given to it in the preamble hereto.
FPT means the overnight forward points as published for the immediately preceding Business Day, for the exchange rate between the Reference Price Currency to the Bond Currency on the day ‘t’ calendar days after the Issue Date;
FPT means FivePrime and the term “WG” means Working Group.
