FPD Purchase Price. With respect to any First Payment Default Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 100% of the unpaid principal balance of such Mortgage Loan and (ii) the price at which such Mortgage Loan was originally purchased by the Seller as set forth on Schedule B, and (b) accrued interest thereon at the applicable Mortgage Rate from the date as to interest was last paid to (but not including) the Due Date in the Collection Period immediately preceding the related Distribution Date.
