Founders Options definition

Founders Options is defined in Section 3.3.
Founders Options means the first issuance of Options under this Plan to which 730,645 Shares shall be subject.
Founders Options means the 1,484,615 Enthusiast Options issued to directors and officers of Enthusiast for the purchase of Enthusiast Shares at an exercise price of $0.13.

  • Rollover Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(h).

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Incentive Shares means Shares awarded pursuant to the provisions of Article 12.
