Forward Haul definition

Forward Haul means service where gas delivered at Shipper’s Forward Haul Delivery Point is received into Company’s facilities at Shipper’s Forward Haul Receipt Point located upstream of Shipper’s Forward Haul Delivery Point.
Forward Haul means a gas transportation service on the DBNGP where the Inlet Point is upstream of the Outlet Point.
Forward Haul means the provision of a Transportation Service through the Pipeline in the direction from South West Queensland to Wallumbilla.

  • If the sum of the confirmed nominations exceeds the available Capacity, the available Capacity will be shared between User and all such Other Users pro rata on the basis of the amounts of their respective accepted nominations for Forward Haul Auction Service for the relevant Day.

  • The Transporter may levy these charges as a lump sum, periodic payment or by reference to contract volumes; and the Annexure for the Firm Forward Haul Transportation Service will be amended (as necessary) to reflect the requirements in clauses 32.6(d)(i) to clause 32.6(d)(iii) (inclusive), and any other conditions agreed between the parties.

  • Clauses 6.10 and 6.11 only apply in respect of a Firm Forward Haul Transportation Service or As-Available Forward Haul Transportation Service.

  • A Pipeline Shipper with a Firm Forward Haul Transportation Service with a MDQ of 1000 GJ/d and a Contract Tolerance of 5%, which is authorised to flow at 1200 GJ on a certain Day, and utilises this amount, will pay overrun charges as follows: • 50 GJ at 100% of the Total Firm Tariff for that Path; plus • 150 GJ at 130% of the Total Firm Tariff for that Path.

  • A Pipeline Shipper with a Firm Forward Haul Transportation Service for an Operational MDQ of 1000 GJ/d and a Contract Tolerance of 5%, which is authorised to flow at 1200 GJ on a certain Day, and utilises 1300 GJ, will pay overrun charges as follows:  50 GJ at 100% of the Total Firm Tariff for that Path; plus  150 GJ at 130% of the Total Firm Tariff for that Path; plus  100 GJ at 150% of the Total Firm Tariff for that Path.

  • A Pipeline Shipper with a Firm Forward Haul Transportation Service with an Operational MDQ of 1000 GJ/d and a Contract Tolerance of 5%, which is authorised to flow at 1200 GJ on a certain Day, and utilises this amount, will pay overrun charges as follows: • 50 GJ at 100% of the Total Firm Tariff for that Path; plus • 150 GJ at 130% of the Total Firm Tariff for that Path.


More Definitions of Forward Haul

Forward Haul means a gas transportation service on the DBNGP where the receipt point is upstream of the delivery point;
Forward Haul means that the outlet point is downstream of the inlet point or points;
Forward Haul means a Ggas transportation service on the DBNGP where the Inlet Point is upstream of the Outlet Point.

  • Forward Contract means, for each Forward, the contract evidencing such Forward between the Company and the Forward Purchaser, which shall be comprised of the Master Forward Confirmation and the related “Supplemental Confirmation” (as defined in the Master Forward Confirmation) for such Forward.
