Fornecedor definition

Fornecedor significa o terceiro autorizado pela Red Hat dos quais você comprou serviços de Nuvem e que são autorizados pela Red Hat a participar deste Programa de Acesso à Nuvem. “Nuvem” significa a infraestrutura de computação hospedada de recursos compartilhados do Fornecedor que fornece máquinas virtuais para usuários finais em uma base sob demanda.

Examples of Fornecedor in a sentence

  • O uso da Subscrição de Software de forma diversa que a estabelecida aqui, incluindo ou acesso ao Software e/ou os Serviços, fora da Nuvem do Fornecedor, será sujeito a taxas adicionais, conforme estabelecido na Cláusula 5 abaixo.

  • Se você usar o Software e/ou os Serviços fora da Nuvem do Fornecedor, você é obrigado a comprar Serviços de Subscrição em quantidade igual ao número total de Unidades daquele Produto Red Hat (inclusive variantes ou componentes deste) que você implantar, instalar, usar o Software ou executar conforme estabelecido no Anexo 1.

  • Você pode transferir Subscrições Elegíveis para uso na Nuvem de um Fornecedor nos termos do programa de Acesso à Nuvem fornecido quando (a) você completar o registro estabelecido em xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/forms/cloud-access-registration, e (b) tiver um número suficiente de subscrições elegíveis para transferir.

  • A Red Hat não é uma parte ao seu contrato com o Fornecedor e não é responsável por fornecer acesso à Nuvem do Fornecedor ou por qualquer outra obrigação do Fornecedor nos termos de tal contrato.

  • Determinados componentes de software ou funcionalidades do Software contido na Subscrição de Software original (ou Subscrição de Complemento) poderão não estar disponíveis ou suportados quando usado na Nuvem do Fornecedor.

  • Se você comprar Subscrições Red Hat Gluster Storage na Nuvem Pública da Nuvem de um Fornecedor, o Fornecedor poderá ter condições e taxas adicionais, independentes do presente Contrato, para tal uso.

  • O não cumprimento desta Cláusula 4 será considerado uma violação substancial deste Contrato, e dará o direito à Red Hat e/ou ao Fornecedor de suspender os Serviços ou rescindir este Contrato.
