Formulae and Specifications definition

Formulae and Specifications means the (i) percentages and specifications of ingredients used by Seller or any Divesting Entity to manufacture the Products for the Business, and (ii) processes and specifications used by Seller or any Divesting Entity for the design, composition, manufacture, packaging, labeling, product safety assurance, quality control, storage and shipping of the Products for the Business, in each case, as of the date hereof and as of the Closing.

  • District Specifications means the specifications followed by the State Government in the area where the work is to be executed.

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;
