Former Customer definition

Former Customer means each person or entity who is not a Customer and who purchased one or more products or services from the Company during the Look Back Period.
Former Customer means an individual or entity whose all contractual relationships with a Company on provision of a product or a service by the Company were terminated or expired, but the Company is still allowed to process and keep his/ her personal data according to the applicable laws and regulations and the Personal Data Protection Framework.
Former Customer means an individual with whom a licensee no longer has a continuing relationship. A licensee no longer has a continuing relationship with an individual if, for example:

  • Settlement Payment checks shall be made out to the accountholders on the Former Customer accounts, as indicated in the Payment List.

  • Within seventy five (75) days following the Effective Date (hereinafter, the “Payment Date”), the Settlement Administrator shall mail checks, via first class U.S. Mail postage pre-paid, to each Former Customer account on the Payment List (including any Current Customer accounts on the Payment List for whom AT&T was not able to effectuate the corresponding account credit), drawn from the Settlement Fund Account in the Settlement Payment amounts indicated for them in the Payment List.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, any Former Customer Class Member who files a Valid Claim shall receive at least a Cash Refund of at least $4.00.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Former Customer agrees to remain jointly and severally liable with New Customer for any and all payment obligations assumed by New Customer hereunder.

More Definitions of Former Customer

Former Customer means a Class Member who no longer maintains an Account as of the date that the Net Settlement Fund is distributed to Class Members pursuant to this Agreement.
Former Customer means any Person who is not an Existing Customer, but who had, within the 18-month period immediately preceding the Closing Date, purchased Products from Seller.
