Former Customer definition

Former Customer means an individual with whom a licensee no longer has a continuing relationship. A licensee no longer has a continuing relationship with an individual if, for example:
Former Customer means each person or entity who is not a Customer and who purchased one or more products or services from the Company during the Look Back Period.
Former Customer means any Person who is not an Existing Customer, but who had, within the 18-month period immediately preceding the Closing Date, purchased Products from Seller.

Former Customer means a Class Member who no longer maintains an Account as of the date that the Net Settlement Fund is distributed to Class Members pursuant to this Agreement.
