Former Company Real Property definition

Former Company Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(a).
Former Company Real Property means any real property in which the Company or the Subsidiaries previously held, but no longer holds, any legal, beneficial, equitable or leasehold interest.
Former Company Real Property means any real property, other than the Company Real Property, that the Company or any current or former Company Subsidiary has ever owned, leased, controlled or occupied.

  • Owned Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Material Real Property means any fee owned Real Property located in the United States that is owned by any Loan Party with a fair market value in excess of $10,000,000 (at the Closing Date or, with respect to Real Property acquired after the Closing Date, at the time of acquisition, in each case, as reasonably estimated by the Borrower in good faith).

  • Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(b).

  • Group Business Entity means;

  • Real Property of any Person shall mean all the right, title and interest of such Person in and to land, improvements and fixtures, including Leaseholds.

  • Assets and Properties of any Person means all assets and properties of every kind, nature, character and description (whether real, personal or mixed, whether tangible or intangible, and wherever situated), including the goodwill related thereto, operated, owned or leased by such Person.
