Formal Decision definition

Formal Decision means a final decision issued by a Reviewer following a review under these Rules
Formal Decision means a written decision containing all necessary findings, reasoning, principles and conclusions issued by the Regulator to conclude any tariff approval or licencing proceeding or any other proceeding of substantial public significance;
Formal Decision means that the case was closed without an examination of the merits of the case (e.g. Dublin decisions or withdrawal of application).
