Examples of Form of Subscription in a sentence

  • The Company agrees that the shares of Common Stock purchased under this Warrant shall be and are deemed to be issued to the Holder hereof as the record owner of such shares as of the close of business on the date on which this Warrant shall have been surrendered, properly endorsed, the completed, executed Form of Subscription delivered and payment made for such shares.

  • The Company shall, in lieu of issuing any fractional share, pay the Holder entitled to such fraction a sum in cash equal to such fraction (calculated to the nearest 1/100th of a share) multiplied by the then effective Exercise Price on the date the Form of Subscription is received by the Company.

Related to Form of Subscription

  • Annual Subscription means the subscription paid by a member in accordance with the Registered Clubs Act and being paid either annually or otherwise.

  • Form of Notice of Conversion means the “Form of Notice of Conversion” attached as Attachment 1 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Form of Acceptance means the Form of formal acceptance, signed by the Procuring Entity, of the Form of Tender, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties. If there is no such Form of acceptance, the expression “Form of Acceptance” means the Contract Agreement and the date of issuing or receiving the Form of Acceptance means the date of signing the Contract Agreement.
