Form Lease definition

Form Lease means the applicable form of lease for the Improvements for a particular Property or any portion thereof to be reviewed and approved by Administrative Agent.
Form Lease means a form Lease which has been approved by the Tribal Council under subsection 2.01(a) and which, pursuant to subsection 2.01(b), may be signed on behalf of the Band by the Director, or in his or her absence, the Government Manager.
Form Lease is defined in Section 4.12(b).

More Definitions of Form Lease

Form Lease means a form of residential lease and a form of commercial/retail lease, in each case, prepared by Manager and approved by the Company.
