Forfeiture Expiration Date definition

Forfeiture Expiration Date means the date specified in a Participant’s Award Agreement that all or any portion of the Participant’s Award is no longer subject to forfeiture;
Forfeiture Expiration Date means the first date that no Shares (as defined in the Securities Agreement) are subject to forfeiture pursuant to Section 3.2 of the Securities Agreement.

  • Except as provided in subsection (ii), if a Participant’s Service terminates for any reason before the Forfeiture Expiration Date of any Restricted Shares, the Participant’s rights to those Restricted Shares, whether issued or not, will be immediately and irrevocably forfeited.

  • The Restricted Shares granted under the Treasury Plan will be allotted by ATI for issuance from treasury and will be issued to Participants on or before the Forfeiture Expiration Date as fully paid and non-assessable Common Shares in accordance with all securities, reporting and notification requirements.

  • Cure Expiration Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.04(a).

  • Option Expiration Date means the last day of the maximum term of an Option.

  • L/C Expiration Date means the day that is thirty days prior to the Maturity Date then in effect (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).

  • Initial Expiration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(d).

  • Initial Optional Termination Date The first Distribution Date on which the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans is equal to or less than 10% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.

  • Lease Termination Date means the last day of the Lease Term.

  • Restriction Termination Date means the first day on which the Board of Directors of the Corporation determines that it is no longer in the best interests of the Corporation to attempt to, or continue to, qualify as a REIT.

  • Optional Termination Date Any Distribution Date on or after which the Stated Principal Balance (after giving effect to distributions to be made on such Distribution Date) of the Mortgage Loans is less than 10.00% of the Cut-off Date Balance.
