Forest fire means uncontrolled, wild, or running fires occurring on forest, marsh, field, cutover, or other lands or involv- ing farm, city, or village property and improvements incidental to the uncontrolled, wild, or running fires occurring on forest, marsh, field, cutover, or other lands.
