Foreshore Lease definition

Foreshore Lease means a lease being negotiated between the Province of British Columbia and the City governing the Leased / Licensed Marina Property; and provided those negotiations are successful, to be executed on or before the expiration, as may be extended, of the Foreshore License of Occupation;
