Foreign Workers definition

Foreign Workers means foreign workers who are holders of work permits and/or employment passes issued by the relevant authorities under the provisions of the Immigration Act (Chapter 133) and / or the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (Chapter 91A) and any rules and regulations made thereunder.
Foreign Workers means Employees, or prospective Employees, who are not permanent residents of Canada;

  • Labor laws means the following labor laws and E.O.s:

  • Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their Member States, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.
