Foreign Shares definition

Foreign Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 1.1(c)(ii).
Foreign Shares means Shares held by the GSCP Shareholders, the Fortress Investor or the Yucaipa Shareholder, as the case may be, which are owned, directly or indirectly, by foreign persons within the meaning of Section 897(h)(4)(B) of the Code.
Foreign Shares has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • The Company should also send a copy of such statement by prepaid mail to every shareholder of Overseas-Listed Foreign Shares at the address registered in the register of shareholders.

More Definitions of Foreign Shares

Foreign Shares means the ordinary shares of RMB1.00 each issued by the Company, which are subscribed for in foreign currency or credited as fully paid up by foreign investors, which includes H Shares and the A Shares held by CNACG
