Foreign National Employee definition

Foreign National Employee means an expatriate employee of Contractor, its Affiliates, or its Sub-contractors who is not a citizen of Ghana;
Foreign National Employee means an employee of a foreign subsidiary who is a national of a country other than the United States of America.
Foreign National Employee means any person that is not a citizen of the United States of America, but is a citizen of another country, lawfully permitted to work at United States Naval Station Guantanamo Bay Cuba and is engaged in the performance of a service contract other than any person employed in a bona fide executive, administrative, or professional capacity. The term “Foreign National employee” includes all such persons regardless of any contractual relationship that may be alleged to exist between a Contractor or subcontractor and such persons.
