Foreign Market definition

Foreign Market means each market so identified on Appendix A attached hereto.
Foreign Market means each market so identified in Exhibit C hereto.
Foreign Market means any overseas market as defined in section 2 of the Law.

  • The Fund agrees that all settlements of Foreign Assets transactions shall be transacted in accordance with the local laws, customs, market practices and procedures to which Eligible Foreign Custodians and Eligible Securities Depositories are subject in each Foreign Market, including, without limitation, delivering Foreign Assets to the purchaser, dealer, or an agent for such purchaser or dealer, with the expectation of receiving later payment for the Foreign Assets from the purchaser, dealer, or agent.
