Minor Administrative Change refers to a change to the Contract that does not increase the fees or term and done in accordance with Section 4.01 of these Special Conditions.

Group Grievance is defined as a single grievance, signed by a Xxxxxxx or a Union Representative on behalf of a group of employee who have the same complaint. Environmental and Social Management Framework or “ESMF” means the framework disclosed in country on September 13, 2010 and at the Association’s Infoshop on September 14, 2010, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, setting out modalities to be followed in assessing the potential adverse environmental and social impact associated with activities to be implemented under the Project, and the measures to be taken to offset, reduce, or mitigate such adverse impact.
