Foodborne Illness definition

Foodborne Illness means an illness resulting from the ingestion of food or drink.
Foodborne Illness means Bodily Injury to a customer attributable to:
Foodborne Illness means an incident in which two (2) or more persons experience a similar illness, usually gastrointestinal in nature, after the ingestion of a common food, and epidemiological analysis implicates the food as the source of the illness.

Foodborne Illness means an illness associated with consuming food;
Foodborne Illness means a human illness caused by a microbiological, chemical, or inert physical hazard, with evidence indicating a food was the common source of exposure to the contaminant causing the illness.

  • Occupational therapist means an individual who is licensed by a state to practice occupational therapy.
