Food Vendor definition

Food Vendor means any restaurant or retail food vendor located or operating within the city.
Food Vendor means all vendors as described in the California Retail Food Code section 113789. This includes but is not limited to a: restaurant, bar, grocery store, delicatessen, bakery, food service establishment (carry out, quick service, full-service), public and private schools, food truck, itinerant restaurants, pushcart, farmers market, caterer, microenterprise home kitchen operations, cottage food operations, selling Prepared Food to be consumed on and off the premises located or operating within the County.
Food Vendor means any Restaurant, Retail Food Vendor, Event Food Vendor, or any business that accepts orders on behalf of and delivers meals from a Food Vendor, located or operating within the City.

Examples of Food Vendor in a sentence

  • If alcohol is being served, the Food Vendor shall provide evidence of coverage for liquor liability in the minimum amount of $1,000,000.

  • Compliance with any insurance requirements required elsewhere within this Agreement shall not relieve the Food Vendor of its liability and obligation to defend, hold harmless and indemnify the City as set forth in this article of the Agreement.

  • Food Vendor shall, at its sole cost and expense, procure and maintain throughout the term of this contract, Commercial General Liability (CGL) and Workers’ Compensation insurance, including Employer Liability insurance, with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 Combined Single Limits, or to the extent and in such amounts as required and authorized by Florida Law.

  • This document will be included as Addendum B in the Food Vendor and Retail Vendor Agreement, Waiver, and Release.

  • Each Food Vendor is required to keep a fire extinguisher (an “abc” fire extinguisher is relatively inexpensive and all that the fire department requires) and a hand washing station in their tents at all times.


More Definitions of Food Vendor

Food Vendor means a food facility as that term is defined in Health & Safety Code section 113789, or its successor, including but not limited to a restaurant, bar, grocery store, delicatessen, bakery, food service establishment (carry out, quick service, full- service), food truck, itinerant restaurant, pushcart, farmers market, caterer, microenterprise home kitchen operation, or cottage food operation, that sells Prepared Food to be consumed on and/or off the premises located or operating within the Town of Ross, except that for purposes of this ordinance the term “food vendor” shall not include a public or private school cafeteria.
Food Vendor means any vendor that sells food or drink.
Food Vendor means a person that does one or more of the following in unincorporated Contra Costa County:

Food Vendor means any restaurant, Vendor, business, non-profit, organization, entity, group or individual that provides Prepared Food at a retail level, including a Food Service Establishment or a motor vehicle or mobile unit based Vendor. Food Vendor includes all establishments that carry a Food Permit from the Humboldt County Department of Environmental Health.
Food Vendor means a person who is engaged in "food vending" as governed by this Chapter.
Food Vendor means an establish- ment that provides prepared food for public consumption on or off its prem- ises, and includes, but is not limited to, a store, shop, sales outlet, restaurant, grocery store, supermarket, delicates- sen, catering truck or vehicle, any other person who prepares prepared food, and any organization, group, or indi- vidual that provides food as part of its services.
