Food Recall definition

Food Recall means an action taken to retrieve a food product after being sold, where the consumer is advised to take a proper procedure such as returning or destroying the food.
Food Recall means action taken to stop or remove food that may pose a health and safety hazard to consumers from being distributed, sold or consumed;
Food Recall means an action taken to remove foods from commerce where there is reason to believe the products may be unsafe, adulterated, or mislabeled, with a goal of protecting the public from products that may cause health problems or possible death.

  • Program or activity means all of the operations of any entity described in paragraphs (m)(1) through (4) of this section, any part of which is extended Federal financial assistance:

  • Automated drug dispensing system means a mechanical or electronic system that performs

  • Phase 4 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial of a Product conducted after Regulatory Approval of such Product has been obtained from an appropriate Regulatory Authority, which trial is (a) conducted voluntarily by a Party to enhance marketing or scientific knowledge of the Product, or (b) conducted due to a request or requirement of a Regulatory Authority.

  • Drug-dependent person means a person who is using a

  • Pivotal Clinical Trial means, with respect to a Licensed Product, (a) a phase 3 Clinical Trial or (b) any other clinical trial that is intended (as of the time the study is initiated) to obtain the results and data to support (without the need to conduct any additional clinical trial) the filing of an application for Regulatory Approval for such product.
