Food Cost definition

Food Cost means the cost of all food and beverages purchased to produce the Menu Items sold at certain Hungry Howie’s Units. The Menu Items sold at certain Hungry Howie’s Units are substantially the same.
Food Cost means expenditures incurred by the Palestinian Authority on account of food contracts for old people’s homes, orphanages and homes for the disabled under the management and/or supervision of XXXX.

  • Blood component means that part of blood separated by physical or mechanical means.

  • Equipment Cost means, for each Unit, the purchase price therefor -------------- paid by the Owner Trustee to the Lessee pursuant to Section 2 of the Participation Agreement and as set forth in Schedule 1 to the Participation Agreement with respect to such Unit.
