Food and Beverage Operator definition

Food and Beverage Operator means any entity from time to time retained by Lessee or the Operator, or any Affiliate of either, to manage and/or operate any food and/or beverage (including alcoholic beverages) facilities, services or premises at, within or from the Hotel, including mini-bar service and/or room service, which is a party to a Food and Beverage Agreement.

  • Tenant may not use any vendors other than the Designated Food and Beverage Operator nor may Tenant supply its own food and/or beverages in connection with any food and/or beverage service or catered events held by Tenant in the Shared Conference Facilities.

  • The Alexandria Landlord has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change the Designated Food and Beverage Operator at any time.

  • As of the date of this Lease, the Designated Food and Beverage Operator is The Xxxxxx and the Seahorse.

  • The Alexandria Landlord and the OAS Landlord have the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to change the Designated Food and Beverage Operator at any time.

  • The hotel is served by a sceptic tank system, with the water being treated on site and then discharged to a reed bed before flowing into the hotel lake.

  • This policy shall not be deemed to prohibit the responsible consumption of personal alcoholic beverages brought by persons at least 21 years of age to a County outdoor facility except where a Contractual Food and Beverage Operator has been approved to operate.

  • Contractual Food and Beverage Operator – In the case of a food and beverage operator that is serving alcohol as part of services being provided under contract with the County in a County facility, the operator has the ability to sell, serve and allow the consumption of alcohol in the specified area as detailed in the contract, and in the manner according to the New Mexico Alcohol and Gaming Division.

  • Restaurant means a business location:

  • Licensed Operator : means any person who holds a licence granted and in force under the Law;

  • Alcoholic beverages means beverages that are suitable for human consumption and contain one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by volume.

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);

  • Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.

  • Beer means any liquid capable of being used for beverage purposes made by the fermentation of an infusion in potable water of barley, malt, and hops, with or without unmalted grains or decorticated and degerminated grains or made by the fermentation of or by distillation of the fermented products of fruit, fruit extracts, or other agricultural products, containing more than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume but not more than six and twenty-five hundredths percent of alcohol by volume.

  • Franchisee means a person to whom a franchise is granted.

  • Restaurants means a business that prepares and serves food and drinks to customers.

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Beverage means a liquid for drinking, including water.

  • Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.
