Font Programs definition

Font Programs means the digitally encoded, machine readable outline programs for the Typefaces identified as Initial Installation Font Programs, Additional Font Programs (if any) and Other Font Programs (if any) encoded in a special format.
Font Programs means the digitally encoded, machine readable outline programs for the Typefaces identified in EXHIBIT B ("Extended Roman Font Program Set"), EXHIBIT B-1 ("Non-Roman Font Programs"), or in an appendix hereto or materials release form (or by any other means when delivery is made to PSIP via the World Wide Web), for which Adobe has sublicensing rights to allow PSIP to further sublicense such Typefaces to SEC.

  • Licensee agrees that it will not attempt to alter, dis- assemble, decrypt or reverse compile the Software or Coded Font Programs.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right and are authorized by any necessary third parties to embed any Font Programs in electronic documents created with the FreeFlow Application Software.

  • You may embed copies of the Font Programs into your electronic documents for the purpose of printing and viewing the document.

  • Licensee agrees that it will not export or re-export the Software or Coded Font Programs in any form without the appropriate United States and foreign government licenses.

  • The End User Agreement may be (a) a written agreement signed by the End User, or (b) a written agreement in the package containing the Revised Object, Font Programs and Host Software, or the user documentation for the Revised Object, Font Programs and Host Software, that is fully visible to the End User and that the End User accepts by opening the package.

  • Except as stated above, this Agreement does not grant Licensee any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks (whether registered or unregistered), or any other rights, fran- chises, or licenses in respect of the Software, Coded Font Programs, Typefaces, or Trademarks.

  • Royalty for Authorized OKI Device, Font Programs described herein shall apply to all Authorized OKI Devices, Font Programs sold, leased or otherwise disposed of by OKI or Affiliates to distributors, OEM Remarketer Customers or End Users.

  • End Users shall be permitted the continued and uninterrupted use of the Revised Object and Font Programs for the balance of the term of their End User agreements, as specified in such agreements, provided that and so long as the End Users are not in default of their End User agreements.

Related to Font Programs

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Programs refers to (a) the software owned or distributed by Oracle that You have ordered under Schedule P, (b) Program Documentation and (c) any Program updates acquired through technical support.
