FOLA definition

FOLA means the Foreign Ownership of Land Administration (Alberta).
FOLA means Federation of Ontario Law Associations.
FOLA means the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and any subordinate legislation made under it and any guidance and/or codes of practice issued relating to it.

  • Each of Seller and Purchaser shall keep each other apprised of the status of any communications with, and any inquiries or requests for additional information from, the FOLA and any other applicable Governmental Entity and shall comply with any such inquiry or request as promptly as practicable.

  • Without this marking requirement, anyone including foreign nationals, can request this information under the FOLA.

  • Notice of appointments to the board shall be given to the President of FOLA, the President of TLA and the Treasurer of LSO prior to such appointment being made.

  • Roomer means a person occupying a dwelling unit that lacks a major bathroom or kitchen facility, in a structure where one or more major facilities are used in common by occupants of the dwelling unit and other dwelling units. Major facility in the case of a bathroom means toilet, or either a bath or shower, and in the case of a kitchen means refrigerator, stove or sink.
