FOB Shipment definition

FOB Shipment means a consignment of Biomass shipped on board Vessel(s) and delivered by Seller to Buyer hereunder.
FOB Shipment means that the owner of the goods is responsible for damage or loss until the goods are put into the possession of the carrier. “FOB destination” means that the owner of the goods is responsible for damage or loss until the goods are delivered to the place of delivery. It is important to discuss transport with the other party, including the time of delivery and place of delivery, and the FOB option.

Examples of FOB Shipment in a sentence

  • Buyer shall pay the Purchase Price for each FOB Shipment in two (2) installments.
